Support- and Software Agreement for Mindfield BioEra
We provide our customers with a fair support- and software- update service.
Unfortunately, such a high class support and the further development of the software can not be offered free of charge because they originate a lot of expenses for us. Neurofeedback lives off its dynamics and therefore, development of treatments and the required software constantly progresses. Furthermore, neurofeedback is a procedure that ultimately requires hard- and software (PC, system software, MindMaster EEG, BioEra software) which makes it a complex application.
After the purchase of a MindMaster EEG Practice Set, we offer 8 weeks of charge free support. If you would like to rely on our aid and assistance afterwards and want to update your software regularly, you are required to conclude this support- and software contract agreement (via e-mail or phone). We warmly recommed using the current software because improvements have so far been immense.
Support- and Software Agreement Mindfield BioEra Module Clinical Basic
The customer receives the following services for a fee of 20 € per month (incl. 19% VAT) regarding a MindMaster EEG device and the module Clinical Basic:
The first contract duration lasts for 12 months after conclusion. The contract renews for another 12 months after a new software update has been released. We offer you a right of termination of the contract for 12 months after a new software update has been released.
