The EEG Software MindStream
At a Glance
The Software "MindStream" is included in all MindMaster® EEG sets. It enables you to perform EEG-measurements and to follow, record and evaluate them. Moreover, this software offers comprehensive possibilities for structuring and carrying out neurofeedback training sessions.
MindStream breaks down into three components, the Recording mode, the Feedback training mode and the Evaluation mode. You have the possibility of creating multiple user accounts and arranging them in a data base.
Mindfield® Mindstream offers you among other things:

• Creation and administration of unlimited user profiles.
• EEG-recordings with two channels, raw signal and FFT (Fast-Fourier analysis with multiple adjustable features).
• Commentary tracks during recordings and neurofeedback training, for elaborate annotation of events conserning the progress of the EEG and the training.
• Storage of all recordings and training-data in a EDF+ format! The data can be analysed and processed with other programs that are able to read EDF formats!
• Evaluation of recordings and training-data via CSA (Compressed-Spectral-Array) and many other functions for analysis.
• Creation of settings for neurofeedback training with one visual feedback and up to two acoustic feedbacks at the same time.
• Both simple and complex filters enable comprehensive conditions for neurofeedback training.
• Calculation of individual-alpha-frequency and completion of a neurofeedback training on the basis of thie frequency.
• Individual visual feedback possible, through application of animated GIF files which you can also create on your own!
• Individual acoustical feedback possible, through application of MP3 and MIDI files which you can also create on your own!
• Automatic calculation of a threshold value during neurofeedback training for an optimal training under all circumstances.
• Manual adaption of threshold value possible after every training session.
• Calculation of various parameters for the estimation of a success or failure during training.
• training statistics for an overview over the progression of the training.
• Print function for EEG recordings and training-data.
